Yoga · Corrective Exercise · Rehabilitation
Fifteen years of yoga, corrective exercise and physical rehabilitation — in Dubai and online. Every programme is built around your posture, your history, and how your body actually moves today.

About Me
I have spent more than fifteen years working with bodies — first as a physical education teacher and children’s sports coach, and now across the UAE as a certified yoga and corrective exercise specialist based in Dubai.
That combination is unusual, and it changes how I teach. A Master’s in Sports Management and specialist training in corrective exercise and physical rehabilitation mean I read your posture and movement patterns before I prescribe a single shape. Where a pose would aggravate an old injury, I adapt it. Where a body has compensated for years, I go after the cause instead of stretching around it.
I work with people managing desk-bound posture, recovering from injury, returning to movement after a long gap, or simply wanting to move well into later life — one to one, in small groups of fifteen to twenty, in the studio or live online.

What I Teach
Every offering runs one to one or in a small group, in the studio or live online — and each begins with an assessment of how you actually move.
Group & Private
Intelligent sequencing that builds strength and range without forcing. Alignment is taught and adapted, never assumed.
Movement Re-patterning
Targeted work that finds the compensation behind the complaint, then retrains the pattern properly rather than stretching around it.
Alignment & Structure
For desk-bound shoulders, forward heads and long-standing asymmetries. Structural change, built patiently and measurably.
Recovery & Return
Programmes for returning to movement after injury — progressive, conservative, and paced to what the tissue can actually take.
Built for One Body
A personalised programme shaped around your history, goals and constraints, adjusted every session as things change.
Ages 3 – 12
Eighteen years of physical education distilled into play-led sessions that build coordination, mobility and confidence early.
In Motion
The full sequence, clip by clip — every posture named, with how long to hold it. Follow it top to bottom, or open a single posture on its own.

The complete class · 25 minutes
18 postures, in the order they are practised.
Why Practise
Not promises — the shifts students consistently report once the underlying movement pattern is addressed rather than worked around.
Shoulders back where they belong, head stacked over the spine, held without effort.
Range of motion rebuilt joint by joint, patiently, without forcing a single stretch.
Weak links found and strengthened before they become the thing that stops you.
Breathwork that moves you out of fight-or-flight inside a single session.
Evening practice that settles a racing mind and lets the body properly rest.
The felt sense of being one thing again, not a mind carried around by a body.
The Journey

Eighteen years teaching physical education, watching how three-year-olds move before anyone teaches them to be careful. That is where the eye for movement was trained — long before it was called assessment.

Adults arrive carrying decades of compensation — a shoulder that has not rotated properly since a fall, a back that hurts because the hips stopped working. Yoga alone could not answer that, so she went and studied what could.

Force gets you into a shape. Only patience lets you stay in it. Everything worth building in this practice — mobility, resilience, real strength — is built slowly, and it is built the same way in every body.

Not a deeper backbend. The point is climbing stairs at seventy without thinking about it, lifting a grandchild without bracing. Everything on the mat is rehearsal for the decades after it.
Sthira sukham āsanam — steady, and at ease.
Students
I came in with a shoulder that had not lifted properly in three years. Samira spent the first session just watching me move, then rebuilt the whole thing from the shoulder blade. It is the first time anyone explained why it hurt.

Questions
No. Every programme begins with an assessment of how you currently move, and the practice is built from there. Complete beginners and people returning after years away are the most common starting points.
Both. Sessions run in the studio and in-home across Dubai, and live online for students anywhere. Online sessions get the same one-to-one attention as in-person ones.
Yes — that is the core of the practice. Alongside yoga certification, Samira holds specialist training in corrective exercise and physical rehabilitation, so postures are adapted around injuries rather than forced through them.
Yoga builds strength and range through sequenced postures. Corrective exercise identifies the specific compensation causing a problem — a shoulder that stopped rotating, hips that stopped working — and retrains that pattern directly. Most students benefit from a combination.
Groups run at roughly fifteen to twenty participants, which is small enough for individual correction. One-to-one and private sessions are also available.
